I grew up in Kenya in a family that travelled these parks regularly, long before safari became my profession. That upbringing gave me a working familiarity with the country's reserves, roads and seasons that no desk research can replace.
For more than three years I have practised as a personal safari consultant, advising travellers from across the world. I work independently, so recommendations are guided by suitability rather than commission.
