What I collect
When you send an enquiry or commission a service I collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, travel dates, the number of travellers, your destination and accommodation preferences, your budget range and any comments you add.
Why I collect it
Solely to plan, quote and discuss your safari, and to deliver any service you have paid for. I do not send marketing sequences, and I do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Who it is shared with
Your details are never sold. They are shared only with the Kenyan tour operators, camps and lodges needed to quote or hold your trip, and only the information those parties require. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored by Safari by GM.
How long it is kept
Enquiries and order records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting obligations. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you. Email info@safaribygm.com and I will respond within a reasonable period.
Cookies
This site uses only the technical storage needed to keep the pages working. It does not run advertising trackers.
